Dr. Silvia Vicente, also a founder of Eglinton West Physiotherapy, earned her undergraduate degree with Honours in Biochemistry at Ryerson University before graduating Suma Cum Laude at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2008. Since then, Dr. Vicente has led a team of highly skilled healthcare practitioners and is experienced in treating patients of all ages and is proficient in a variety of techniques including diversified techniques, kinesiotaping and muscle/fascia release. She is a registered member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

One of the founders of Eglinton West Physiotherapy, Dr. Larga has an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Psychology. She graduated with distinction from York University and went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Dr. Larga has developed an approach to injury management that is based on current research and measurable patient outcomes. Dr. Larga also holds a certificate in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University and has had certification in Active Release Techniques, Functional Range Conditioning, and Activator Methods. As a Can Fit Pro trained group instructor, she has worked in both the athletic training and sports rehabilitation fields. She is a registered member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

Kim graduated with a bachelor of Chinese Medicine in The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is now a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner(R.TCMP) and Acupuncturist(R. Ac) with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO) in good standing. Kim’s approach to healthcare is centered around providing personalized and comprehensive care to his patients. By taking a whole-person approach, he considers not only their physical health but also their emotional, social, and spiritual needs to identify the underlying cause of their health problems. This allows him to create tailored treatment plans that aim to improve the patient’s overall well-being in the long run. Kim’s ultimate goal is to provide the best care possible by addressing the root cause of health issues, rather than simply treating the symptoms. By doing so, he believes that he can make a significant positive impact on his patients’ lives and help them achieve optimal health outcomes.

Tatiana graduated in 2009 from ICT Kikkawa College & Teaching Clinic, Toronto with Massage Therapy diploma. She specializes in Myofascial Trigger Point work and acupressure. She was trained and worked in as a Registered Nurse for 16 years in Russia. During her spare time she enjoys theater performance and cooking for my family. She is a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Leandro graduated with honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2017. In addition, he has bachelor degree in Physiotherapy (2005) and Master Degree in Sports Injury (2006) earned in Brazil. As he continues in the profession, he seeks to take more courses to help benefit clients and assist them in reaching their goals. Leandro has always had a passion for helping people, and is successful in treating stress related concerns, injuries, acute and chronic pain with varied techniques. Leandro enjoys spending time with his family and friends and enjoys watching and playing a variety of sports. He is a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Uly is a skilled massage therapist, and enjoys focusing on deep tissue, sports injuries and rehabilitation from injuries and surgeries. She thoroughly assesses each patient and understand their needs and goals. Provides a personalized treatment plan for each patient by incorporating variety of techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, education, electrotherapy and thermotherapy. She is committed to provide client centered care and evidence-based treatment to each patient to receive best possible outcomes.
She helps in achieving patients’ goal by actively participating in recovery journey. She makes patient understand about their condition, causes, prevention, treatment plan and recovery process. She provides proper understanding, advice and home exercise program to patients to achieve their goals.
